Dear Owners, Guests, and Future Guest of the Dunes of Panama Phase II (Bldg. B), Phase III (Bldg. C), Phase IV (Bldg. D) and Phase V (Bldg. E)

BUILDING B:

Dear Phase II Owners, this week Suncoast completed the repairs on stack 1 and has now started stack 4 with concrete repairs. Suncoast hopes to be completed with stack 3 this week and stack 4 by the end of next week, weather permitting. Once stack 3 is completed, they will move on to stack 5.

Suncoast continued with the sand blasting and priming of existing steel for the new stair installation on the west stairwells/ The west stairwells are scheduled to be completed at the end of February. Just a reminder to all owners and their guests, the west stairwell is closed off. The east stairwell is open for owners and their guests to use.

BUILDING C:

Dear Phase III Owners, this week Suncoast completed the concrete repairs on the 4/3 balcony stacks and has started stacks 6/5. Suncoast hopes to be completed with those stacks in the next couple of weeks, weather permitting.

The north stairwell repairs are still ongoing and the painting and new lights should be completed next week, weather permitting. Just a reminder to all owners and their guests, the north stairwell is closed off. The south stairwell is open for owners and their guests to use.

BUILDING D: 

The east stairwells are now open. The east stairwells doors have been installed and Suncoast is in the process of painting them and adding trim. Suncoast is continuing with the new stair installation on the west stairwells. The total scheduled days for the repairs and replacement of the west stairwell are scheduled to last until February 29th, weather permitting. Just a reminder to all owners and their guests, the west stairwell is closed off. The east stairwell is open for owners and their guests to use.

Also, the lobby roof coating has now been completed.

BUILDING E:

Dear Phase V Owners,
The confirmed start day for the Milestone Project is on February 19, 2024, and will begin with the mobilization of the worksite area for Beaches Construction. The east parking area by the maintenance office will be used for the staging area. Those parking areas will be closed off beginning late next week, until further notice.

Also, we should get a tentative schedule of the Milestone Project next week, but we expect the west stairwells and balconies will be the starting point along with removing the breezeway tile and sanding the concreted starting for the top floor and working down.

CONSTRUCTION SAFTEY:  

Please be observant and comply with construction signs and safety signs barriers in areas of  construction. 

There will be areas utilized/blocked off in parking lot for the construction material containers.
