Located in the heart of the E building, E201 offers an expansive 1,975 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed living space, perfect for families or groups of up to eight guests. From the moment you walk in, you'll be greeted by breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf and the shimmering E building pool – a sight that never gets old.

Comfort Meets Coastal Charm
The living room is made for relaxation, featuring a plush leather sofa and loveseat, two cozy occasional chairs, and a large flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player – ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a day in the sun. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors invite the Gulf breeze in and lead to your spacious private balcony, where sunsets paint the sky in dazzling hues.

The dining area comfortably seats six and opens to the balcony, making every meal a chance to dine with a view.

The renovated kitchen is a chef’s delight, complete with granite countertops, modern glass-top stove, and all the major and small appliances you’ll need – whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner.

Three Bedrooms, All Filled with Love
•    The master suite is a serene retreat featuring a king-size bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, a cozy sitting chair and bench, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with built-in seat, creating a spa-like experience.
•    The second bedroom offers two queen-size beds, a ceiling fan, TV, comfortable chair, and its own sliding glass doors to the main balcony – perfect for waking up to the sunrise or winding down to the waves.
•    The third bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, sitting chair, and a private balcony with additional views over Thomas Drive. A large stationary window fills the room with natural light.
•    The guest bathroom includes a modern walk-in shower, and the full-size washer and dryer in-unit make packing light a breeze. Vinyl laminate flooring runs throughout the condo, combining style and practicality.

A majority of our rental units are available for monthly stays-perfect for extended vacations, temporary housing, or a relaxing getaway.
